Off-Platform Policy

This policy prohibits hosts and guests from transacting, communicating, or completing bookings outside of the Romancha platform for properties or experiences discovered through Romancha.
Why It Exists
For guests: When you book through Romancha:- Your payment is protected.
- You have access to Romancha's complaint system and Rebooking & Refund Policy.
- The host's identity, property, and amenities have been verified.
- All protection disappears the moment a transaction happens outside the platform.
- You lose access to Romancha's guest verification.
- You have no platform protection if the guest causes damage or doesn't pay.
- You may be violating your Host Agreement, which can result in account suspension.
What Is Prohibited
Hosts must not:- Share their personal phone number, WhatsApp, email, or any contact information in their Listing description or through platform messages for the purpose of directing a guest to book directly.
- Offer discounts to guests who "bypass the website" and pay directly.
- Accept cash or bank transfers for stays discovered through Romancha.
- Propose to pay a host directly to avoid the platform.
- Accept a host's offer to transact outside Romancha.
- Share contact information to facilitate off-platform transactions.
Consequences

Sharing Contact Information (What Is Allowed)
Sharing contact information is permitted after a booking is confirmed, for the legitimate purpose of coordinating arrival, check-in, or emergency contact. This does not extend to proposing future direct bookings.
