What We Guarantee
Four commitments. No fine print.
Zero Commission, Always
Romancha charges ₹0 in platform fees — no commission, no service charge, no payment handling fee. Whatever price you set per night is exactly what gets paid by the guest. We do not take a cut.
24-Hour Payout
Your payout is released within 24 hours of verified guest check-out. Payouts go directly to your linked bank account via NEFT/IMPS. You can track status in your Earnings dashboard in real time.
Verified Guests Only
Every guest must complete identity verification (government ID + video selfie) before they are permitted to check in. You review the verification and approve or decline before check-in proceeds. You always know who is at your property.
Platform Enforcement
If a guest violates platform rules or causes a substantiated issue, Romancha will withhold or reverse their payout and place the guest account under review. We enforce compliance — you are not alone in managing bad actors.
What Romancha Does Not Cover
We believe in transparency. Here is what is outside the scope of this guarantee.
Property Damage
Romancha does not provide damage insurance or a damage protection fund. Any damage caused by a guest is a matter to be resolved directly between the host and the guest. We recommend documenting your property thoroughly before every check-in (photos/video with timestamps). Hosts may charge a security deposit at their discretion.
Force Majeure & External Events
Cancellations or disruptions caused by natural disasters, government orders, or other events outside either party's control are governed by our Extenuating Circumstances Policy.
Third-Party Services
Romancha is not responsible for the reliability of third-party services such as internet providers, utilities, or local transport. Hosts are responsible for ensuring advertised amenities are functional.
