Understand how cancellations affect you and your guests.
Guest cancellations
- 24+ hours before: Full refund to guest
- Less than 24 hours: Guest may not receive refund
Host cancellations
Avoid cancelling whenever possible. If you must cancel:
- Guest receives full refund automatically
- Cancelled dates are blocked
- Frequent cancellations affect your listing visibility
Warning: Only accept bookings for dates you're certain you can host.
