What happens when a guest doesn't arrive

If a guest doesn't show up and doesn't cancel, you're still protected.

What happens

If a guest fails to check in without cancelling, the booking is treated as completed. You receive your full payout 24 hours after the scheduled check-in time.

Document the no-show

  • Message the guest asking about their arrival
  • Wait until after the check-in window closes
  • Contact support if needed

Info: No-show payouts are processed automatically. You don't need to take any action.
