How to review and respond to requests

When a guest requests to book (non-Instant Book), you'll need to respond within 24 hours.
Reviewing requests
Before accepting, review the guest's profile, verification status, and any messages they've sent.
Responding to requests
- Accept: Confirms the booking and charges the guest
- Decline: Frees up the dates for other guests
- Pre-Approve: Lets the guest book instantly if they decide to
Warning: High decline rates hurt your listing visibility. Only decline for legitimate reasons.
