Verification statuses
- Pending: We're reviewing your submission
- Approved: Verification complete
- Rejected: Issues found—see feedback
- Action Required: We need additional information
If rejected
Review the feedback provided, address the issues, and resubmit. Common reasons include unclear video, ID mismatch, or inaccurate property details.
Tip: Most verification issues are resolved within one resubmission if you carefully follow the feedback.
