If your payout hasn't arrived, here's what to check.
Common issues
- Guest hasn't checked in yet (payout releases after check-in)
- Bank account details are incorrect
- Bank holiday delays
- Pending verification on your account
What to do

Check your Earnings dashboard for payout status

Verify your bank details are correct

Wait 3 business days after payout is marked "sent"
