If your payout hasn't arrived, here's what to check.

Common issues

  • Guest hasn't checked in yet (payout releases after check-in)
  • Bank account details are incorrect
  • Bank holiday delays
  • Pending verification on your account

What to do

Check your Earnings dashboard for payout status

Verify your bank details are correct

Wait 3 business days after payout is marked "sent"
