What you need to meet before listing

To list on Romancha, your property must meet these basic requirements.
Property requirements
- Legal right to rent (ownership or subletting permission)
- Safe and habitable condition
- Basic amenities (bed, bathroom, running water)
- Accurate address with GPS access
Host requirements
- Valid government ID
- Bank account in your name (or linked to your business)
- Ability to respond to booking requests within 24 hours
