Every property on Romancha goes through our verification process to ensure photos match reality.
Video walkthrough requirement
Hosts must submit a video walkthrough of their property. Our team reviews this video to confirm that photos accurately represent the space.
Location verification
GPS coordinates are captured during the video walkthrough and locked. This prevents bait-and-switch scams where a property is listed at a different location than shown.
Info: Look for the "Verified" badge on property listings. This means the property has passed our verification process.
