If your payout hasn't arrived, check these common issues.
Possible causes
- Experience not yet completed (payout releases 24h after)
- Incorrect bank account details
- Bank holidays delaying transfer
- Pending verification on your account
What to do
Check your Earnings dashboard for payout status. If marked as "sent" but not received after 5 business days, contact support.
